Our family is large. I am 31years old in a family of 22 members. I think my mother is the sweetest and the kindest-hearted woman I have ever seen. In my free time, I like to have silent moments in conversation with God. I pray and thank God for everything that he has blessed me with. I may also decide to read a good book.

Winning motivates and excites me; be it winning over a new client, exceeding my KPI's or being recognized for a job well done. I have a healthy competitive edge, even if it's a personal competition. Great teamwork also energizes me.

Before joining Kibanda Topup, I held a number of sales roles in media and real estate. I worked as a regional trade developer at Startimes Media, a corporate sales rep at Multichoice, and an executive sales representative at Sweet Titles Co.

Working in supply chains exposes me to how the organization operates as a whole. I have gotten an appreciation for each function ranging from planning, sourcing, and logistics within our company. For instance, when the company used electric tuk-tuks to combat transportation costs was an impressive effort.

For me, Kibanda Topup is an opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking and fast-moving industry. I feel I can do so through my abilities. My skills and experience are particularly well-suited to being a trade representative.

The culture I'm helping to build at my workplace is a sales culture. I am working on product knowledge across all members of staff, a commitment to consistently hitting quarterly sales goals and quotas, and a general focus on daily activities that will directly generate revenue for the company. Blending a sales culture and a customer-centred culture can lead to long-term successes in the industry.

I want us to focus on the experiences customers want to have. For example, customers may attribute convenience or friendliness to our service brand. They may compare our offering favourably with competitors because of lower prices etc. I want to help create mechanisms that allow us to outshine competitors based on what customers value.
